We hand craft on a made to order basis around 90% of our items, and the process can normally take 2-3 weeks for anything other than bedding which has a 4-8 week turn around time. If you are in a rush, we will happily rush your order for an additional rush order fee. This fee is not a rush shipping charge, but a rush order charge. This normally cuts your wait time to about half the wait time {1-1.5weeks} and is available on most of our items. Rush order charge is non-refundable. If you would like your order rushed, please add to your order the corresponding rush order charge.
