Please note: During the month of September we had a system hiccup, and some orders were deleted from our website, this does not mean we do not have the information or that your order was lost, it just means you will not be able to retrieve it when you check on the status, we do have the information on all orders and are working on them. Also, please remember that all items are made-to-order unless stated otherwise and the wait time is up to 4 weeks, we appreciate your patience in the matter.

Order Status Explanation:
"On Order": means we have received your order information, and it is in Que to be worked on. If it's a made-to-order item the wait time canbe up to 4-5 weeks depending on the item.
"Completed": means your product has been finished and it is in the final stages and should be shipped shortly.
"Shipped": means your order is in transit to you, in your order message, you will find the tracking number of your package, you should also receive an automated email from USPS.com with your label information.
