Order Tracking
Please use this form if you have any questions about the status of your order already placed with Natitys, we receive the messages immediately and respond promptly. Our hours of operation are from Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Order Status Explanation:
"On Order": means we have received your order information, and it is in Que to be worked on.
"Completed": means your product has been finished and it is in the final stages and should be shipped shortly.
"Shipped": means your order is in transit to you, in your order message, you will find the tracking number of your package, you should also receive an automated email from USPS.com with your label information.
We have also developed an "Agenda Page" with our current order Que information, where we are uploading all orders that are coming in, you can find in the agenda your order number so you can have a better idea of when your order will be shipped. This agenda is subject to change depending on several factors but we think this will give you a better idea and help understand the process.
