Products:
Natitys
is a Home-Based Studio, therefore, all our items are hand-crafted and
cared for as any boutique would. We specialize in Baby and children's
Hand Made items like Blankets, Car Seat Covers, Clothing, Gifts and
more. We try our best to keep most of our items in stock but because of
high demand, you may experience a wait time to receive yours, this is
why we request that you allow us 7-10 business days for shipping. We
design and make all our products in our studio, we do not use third
party companies. All items are made in a Smoke Free environment. All
made in the USA.
Safety Information:
Because
Natitys specializes in Children's items, we feel the need to express
our commitment to providing quality products. Our products are NOT fire
resistant and do not replace any safety features of your current cover,
and we have no connection with car seat manufacturers, please review
your car seat manufacturer's website for warranty information regarding
replacing their covers with ours. We offer 2 styles of covers, one is a
REPLACEMENT cover, and the second one is a SLIPCOVER {goes over your
existing cover}.
Warranty:
Hand Crafted items have a limited warranty depending on the situation, please email us directly for any questions.
Shopping Cart:
Our shopping Cart is powered by Mals-ecart. This is an SSL secure site where
your personal information is safely transferred to our system, We will
never share, sell, or miss use your information for anything other than
the specified intent you provided it to us for. The items in your
shopping cart can remain in there for up to 7 days, after that, they
will automatically erase.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal payments {this includes American Express, Discover, E-checks and funds transfer}.
Why
do we use Paypal? With increasing security breaches with online
shopping world wide, it's extremely important for us to make our
customers 100% comfortable with their purchase security, we have used
Paypal for 7 years with no issues whatsoever, with Paypal, you are the
master of your domain, you can be in control of your information
without ever having to share your credit card or banking information
with us or any website that accepts Paypal payments. You are in control
of your paypal account. Paypal offers security and peace of mind and

Returns or Exchanges:
All sales are final.
Waiting Periods:
Some items request a waiting period, please look into the item's description fort he usual wait time.
Shipping: We
normally use USPS {United States Postal Service} to ship our smaller
items like Nursing Covers to our medium pieces like our Car Seat
Covers, for larger packages like Bedding and Pillows, we use UPS. International
Shipping: International Shipping will have additional shipping fees,
you will be contacted after your order is placed for approval. Shipping
rates are as follow for International Packages:
$11.00 for International Flat Rate Envelope

Back Orders:
We
do our very best to keep an updated stock information, but If for some
reason your item is on back order, you will be notified immediately and
will be provided with the option of waiting for the item or canceling
your order.
Custom Services:
We
offer custom services on many of our items, please use our Custom
Services Form for inquiries, please be as specific as possible.
Swatches:
We offer up to 3 free swatches in most of our items, please email us at: Orders@natiysdesign.com with your requests.
Gift Wrapping:
We
offer Gift Wrapping at a specific fee. Our items are gift wrapped in
designer paper, with beautiful ribbon and a Small Card with your
message of choice.
Gift Certificates:
After
Purchasing a Gift certificate, we mail it with a specific code as a
card to where specified. Our gift certificates are valid for 6 months
after the date purchased.
